Customer service is paramount at TGV Dark. If your item is faulty we will promptly send out a checked replacement or a full refund upon arrival of the original unit. 

All our items are sold with a 60 day warranty.

If there is a fault with one of our units we will send you a pre paid label to return your order.

Please note if your return is a change of mind or another issue where we are not at fault you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please contact us prior to returning.

 

Before returning please confirmed that you have completed these steps:

  • Check batteries are inserted correctly and are the appropriate type for the unit
  • They are inserted the correct way
  • Batteries are high grade and are brand new
  • The battery connectors are clean from moisture

 

When returning, please make sure you provide the following details:

  •  Your full name
  •  Your order number
  •  Reason why you are returning the product
  •  Your instructions notifying us how you would like the issue resolved (I.e. a replacement, refund or an exchange).

    Please keep records of a tracking number along with the return so as to ensure that it can be traced and for confirmation that it has been returned to us.

    Once received your return will be checked to confirm the issue. If it is confirmed we will move to the next step. i.e send out a checked replacement if requested. refund unit if requested or exchage unit for a similar priced unit in stock.
